The book Dreamland by Sarah Dessen is one of the many book she has written. I love this book because its one of those books you can't put down. It's intense and realistic at the same time. But yet some of the first few pages are more intense then some of the rest of the book! I love the way Sarah Dessen writes, I feel like when she writes her books she thinks about what are age group wants to read and not what adults want too read. I love the characters in this book especially the main character Caitlin, I like her because is going through something really scary and hard with her boyfriend. In all I think it's a great book and I'm not even finished! I hope you get a chance to read it!

I love when books start off intense and draw you in. This sounds like a book that gets you hooked right from the start. A book you can't put down is such a treat. I might have to try this one.
ReplyDeleteDreamland is intense. Rogerson is a very compelling guy - and she feels great when he pays attention to her but there is so much going on for Caitlin in this story - She needs to figure out who she is (not someone's little sister or a replacement for the perfect daughter) and Rogerson only adds to the pile of stuff.
